WorkForce Cleaning provides janitorial cleaning to a number of offices and storefronts in the Chicago area. Service includes, but is not limited to, a detailed cleaning of workstations, common areas, kitchen & bathroom areas, hallways and interior windows. Our service can be tailored to meet your company needs, and our cleaning staffs are available to clean your commercial space during normal business hours, evenings and weekends. Office Storefront Cleaning FAQ

Q: Is the company licensed, bonded & insured?
A: Yes. A certificate of insurance is available upon request. In addition, each one of our employees undergoes the following pre-employment screenings: verification of identity and federal, state and local criminal background checks.


Q: How many cleaners do you have on staff?
A: There are currently 55 full-time staff members.
Q: Does your staff speak English?
A: Most of our staff speaks English or Spanish. Our staff normally works in teams of two, so we try to pair up any non-English speakers with staff who speak English.
Q: Does your staff carry their own supplies?
A: Yes. Our housekeeping staffs are equipped with name-brand cleaning supplies, including Lysol, Windex, Soft Scrub, Comet, Murphy’s Oil and Pledge. Plus, they carry their own commercial vacuum cleaners, rags and brooms.
Q: Does your staff wear uniforms?
A: Yes. Our employees wear WorkForce Cleaning shirts, and carry company I.D.s
Q: What happens if I am not happy with my cleaning?
A: Please call our office within 24 hours of the clean for a solution. We can send our staff back to your office/storefront for a “touch-up” if you call within a day of your cleaning.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract if I establish regular service?
A: Not necessarily. Depending on the scope of work, we require only a Service Agreement from our commercial customers. This agreement ensures that we receive at least 14 days notice of any changes to our work schedule.
