We are so confident in our housekeepers’ training that we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. However, if for some reason you are not completely happy with a clean, please call our office within 24 hours of your service and we will come back to fix it!
In addition, we have implemented the following "Quality Control" system in order to provide you the best service possible:
- EMPLOYEES: Our staff are trained to be consistent, thorough and detail-orientated. They either work on their own or as part of a team of two housekeepers, based on the type of cleaning required. We strive to retain the highest-quality of staff members, and our average employee has been employed 4+ years with WorkForce Cleaning
- OFFICE PERSONNEL: Our office staff is your point of contact for all of your scheduling needs. Their job is to help you through the process of scheduling an appointment, rescheduling appointments, special requests, service questions and relaying special instructions to your cleaning team. Their main priority is customer service.
- SPECIAL REQUEST: We are not mind readers. If there is something truly important to you that you would like to see performed during your maid service, let us know! We will always provide a thorough clean, but if you are particular about a certain area, please tell us. The more information, the better. We want to blow you away with our customer service.
- FEEDBACK: We want it! Lots of it! Email or call us and let us know what you think of your maid service. Our company is only as good as our employees, and you are our best source of information on work performance. We want to hear your comments so that we can constantly improve our service and retain your business.
